Visit the 2 miles of golden sands at Westward Ho! just 9 miles away or alternatively take a short drive to the picturesque coastal villages of Clovelly and Bucks Mills with their pebbled beaches. Bathroom with WC. Kitchen/diner with cooker, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, dishwasher and washing machine (use of freezer). Lounge with electric woodburner, TV, video/DVD and hi-fi. Enclosed garden and patio with seating and BBQ. Ample parking. Bed linen, towels and electric included. Full central heating extra from October to April payable to the owner. Regret no smoking. 1 dog by arrangement to live in an outbuilding in a kennel outside.
