A warm welcome with homemade cake awaits at this delightful property set in the quiet pretty village of Parkham, providing the perfect setting for a peaceful holiday.

Enjoy the beautiful Devon countryside with local footpaths and riding stables nearby and the local pub a stones throw away. Visit the 2 miles of golden sands at Westward Ho! 9 miles away or take a short drive to the picturesque coastal villages of Clovelly and Bucks Mills with their pebbled beaches. There are also a wealth of attractions to choose from including The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Tapeley Park Gardens, Rosemoor Gardens at Torrington and many more.

Farm activities: guests are welcome to enjoy a guided tour around the owner's farm to meet all the animals and where you will see the Red Ruby Devon cattle, 'the Flaxhill herd', tame lambs (in season) and the resident donkeys Nora and Iris. There are also children's pony rides available by arrangement. Play facilities: shared children's play area with play equipment for children up to 14 years old. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels and electric included. Regret no smoking and no pets. Location: beach 9 miles, shop 3 miles, pub walking distance.

The wing of the farmhouse offers THREE bedrooms: 2 double rooms both with en-suite shower room and WC. 1 adult double bed with integral single bunk over with en-suite WC. TVs in each bedroom. Bathroom: with WC. Lounge: with woodburner effect electric fire, TV, video/DVD and hi-fi. Kitchen/diner: with cooker, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer (use of freezer). Amenities: wi-fi included. Outside: enclosed garden and patio with seating and BBQ.
