Or Tiverton Castle and Canal, Grand Western Horseboat, Crealy Adventure Park, various National Trust properties and gardens. The accommodation is the annexe of the farmhouse and is completely private (the mainhouse is empty during your stay), and offers ONE bedroom: double with TV, DVD and Freeview. Bathroom: walk in wet room with large shower and WC with hand grips. Lounge: cosy with TV, DVD, Freeview and woodburner. Separate large conservatory accessed from the outside, overlooking the patio area. Kitchen: large with double oven and grill, five ring gas hob burner, microwave, food processor, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: large garden, patio area with seating and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking in the property. 2 dogs by arrangement.
