Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Please remember that all short break enquiries have to be checked prior to booking, simply find your perfect cottage, get in touch and we will help finalise your enquiry either email or phone our Reservation Team.

MODERN BARN CONVERSION IN DELIGHTFUL SMALL FARM SETTING, A SHORT DRIVE TO THE COAST

Located down a peaceful country lane within the owner's 30 acres of farm and woodland with chickens roaming freely.

A delightful retreat offering peace and tranquillity, you will be able to enjoy some lovely countryside walks direct from the property. An ideal spot for touring the area, the wonderful North Devon coastline is a 10 minutes drive and there are a choice of popular, long, sandy beaches including Croyde and Woolacombe, world famous with surfers, as well as smaller beaches, sheltered coves and fishing towns and villages including Combe Martin and Ilfracombe. Other places well worth a visit include Lynton and Lynmouth with its water powered cliff-top railway, Watermouth Castle, Valley of the Rocks, National Trust Arlington Court, Exmoor with its rugged scenery and wildlife and much more. Relax on site in the garden and patio or enjoy a meal at one of many local pubs and restaurants, the closest being within 1 mile.

The accommodation is a brand new barn conversion and offers FOUR bedrooms: on the first floor there are two feature bedrooms, both with their own staircases and still retaining the original beams at low level. 1 bunk bedroom, perfect for children and 1 double built at the height of the beams. Downstairs offers 2 doubles with TVs, one with en-suite shower and WC. Bathroom: shower over bath, heated towel rail and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: available seating for 6 adults, with underfloor heating, cooker, washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, flatscreen TV with non subscription Sky package, DVD and hi-fi. Outside: garden and patio with seating. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels (1 set per person), electric and central heating included. Shared wi-fi available (please request at the time of booking). Private water supply. 1 dog by arrangement during off-peak weeks, must be kept on lead at all times. Additional info: discounts for smaller parties off-peak. Location: beach, shop and pub all approximately 1 mile. Arrival: 3pm.
