Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. COMPACT APARTMENT WALKING DISTANCE TO THE BEACH SHOPS AND PUBS
This recently refurbished apartment is located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty just a 5 minute stroll away from the beach, which has recently won a rural beach award.
Hillsborough Nature Reserve, with its beautiful scenic views, is a short walk away. Enjoy the energetic walk to the top of the steep garden on five levels with views of open countryside. Heles 16th Century working corn mill can also be seen from the garden. The town of Ilfracombe is a 20 minute walk away and has a working harbour running boat trips daily (weather permitting). Trips to Lundy Island on the Waverley Paddle Steamer and The Oldenburg also run from the harbour. For golf enthusiasts Ilfracombe's golf course (visitors welcome) is within walking distance. There are various good restaurants as well as Heles Bay own local pub which holds awards for its good food and service and The Hele Billys bar and restaurant located in the village also offering food and a warm welcome. Watermouth Castle, Exmoor Bird Gardens, Woolacombe Sands, Croyde Bay and Saunton Sands are all a short drive away.
The studio-style accommodation, which is cosy, offers: Lounge/sleeping area: open-plan with TV/DVD, sofa and double cabin bed. Shower room: with WC. Kitchen: with fridge/freezer, Belling worktop cooker comprising of a double hotplate/oven/grill and microwave. Outside: use of owners garden but accessed via approximately 40 very steep steps.
