Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Please remember that all short break enquiries have to be checked prior to booking, simply find your perfect cottage, get in touch and we will help finalise your enquiry either email or phone our Reservation Team .

LOVELY VIEWS OVER RIVER TORRIDGE AND STROLL TO VILLAGE

1 of 3 three-storey houses with fantastic river and village views, Hope's Hideaway has been furnished and equipped to a high standard and is perfect for exploring this traditional North Devon fishing village with its nautical past dating back for centuries. Within a 5 minute walk are shops, galleries, family pubs serving good food, restaurants and the Maritime Museum. An ideal base for exploring the whole of North Devon, there are attractions to suit all tastes and these include RHS Rosemoor Gardens, The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, The Oldenburg for pleasure trips to Lundy Island and more. The 2 miles of golden sandy beach at Westward Ho! is a 5 minute drive as are leisure facilities such as tennis, riding, swimming pool, and Royal North Devon Golf Course which is the oldest links course in England. The market town of Bideford is close by and offers a pannier market and high street shops. In the evenings relax in the enclosed garden with patio area or enjoy a glass of wine and views on the balcony.

The accommodation is arranged over three floors and offers THREE bedrooms: on the top floor 1 spacious king-size zip-and-link double, which can be a twin on request, with superb views. 1 twin room with PlayStation. The ground floor offers a master double with en-suite shower room. All bedrooms have TVs. Bathroom: on the top floor with shower over bath and WC. Separate WC on the first floor. Lounge/diner: on the first floor with flatscreen TV, DVD, hi-fi and french doors leading to small balcony. Kitchen: well-equipped with double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Utility room: separate, on the ground floor with washing machine, freezer and access into the garden. Outside: enclosed garden and patio area with seating and BBQ. Amenities: parking for 2 cars. Bed linen, electric and central heating included. Towels available for hire. 3 dogs welcome. Location: beach 1 mile, pubs and shop within walking distance.
