The 2 miles of golden sandy beach at Westward Ho! is a 5 minute drive as are leisure facilites such as tennis, riding, swimming pool, and Royal North Devon Golf Course which is the oldest links course in England. The market town of Bideford is close by and offers a pannier market and high street shops. In the evenings relax in the enclosed garden with patio area, seating and BBQ or enjoy a glass of wine and views on the balcony.
