Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. This recently finished apartment sits within the much sought after Horizon View development and is situated in the heart of the traditional Victorian seaside destination of Westward Ho! Sitting just off the sea wall means that waves are lapping just metres from your private balcony, where you can enjoy the 2 miles of Blue Flag, golden, sandy beach with its unique pebble ridge. Just a stone’s throw from the village amenities including pubs, shops and restaurants as well as a number of amusement arcades to entertain children of all ages. Westward Ho! also benefits from England’s oldest golf club, Royal North Devon, that stretches out on to the Northam Burrows Country Park, protected from the sea by the pebble ridge and offers some of the finest walks through the dunes and along the shoreline. The fishing village of Appledore is just a short drive and retains much of its original charm with its narrow winding streets and wealth of intimate restaurants and pubs. Attractions in the area include The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Dartington Crystal, RHS Rosemoor Gardens and Clovelly, to name but a few.

The accommodation is situated on the ground floor with access immediately from the private parking area and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with TV and patio door to balcony with views with en-suite bathroom with hand held shower and WC, and 1 zip-and-link bed as a twin can be made into a double on request. Shower room: with WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: large, well-equipped with cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and TV. Patio door to balcony. Outside: is a spacious, private balcony with garden furniture. Amenities: off-road, secure, underground parking. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wifi included. Regret no smoking within the property. Regret no pets. Washing machine in hallway cupboard. Location: beach, shops, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance.
