There is plenty to do within easy reach of the barn; the well-known Tarka Trail is nearby as is the wonderful North Devon Coast, the sandy beaches of Westward Ho!, Saunton and Braunton are only a short drive away and are perfect for those who love surfing or fancy a bucket and spade day out. The cliffside village of Clovelly is a must see, with its steep, stepped, cobbled streets and quaint harbour. The attractive little town of Appledore is not far away, offering all the old world charm of a fishing village, famous for its arts, crafts and maritime heritage. Other attractions in the area, and well worth a visit, include The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Tapeley Park Gardens and Rosemoor Gardens at Torrington. For most, the peace and tranquillity at Kerswell Barn will be a greater attraction, where you can simply relax in the garden with a BBQ and enjoy the wonderful countryside.

Kerswell Barn offers upside-down accommodation to take advantage of the spectacular countryside views. The property offers TWO bedrooms: 1 zip-and-link bedroom which can be either a twin or a superking (available on request), 1 king-size double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Separate shower room with WC. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Kitchen/diner with cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Lounge with TV, DVD, hi-fi, Freeview and woodburner (logs included), which make the property perfect for any time of year. Large enclosed garden and patio area with wendy house, BBQ and garden furniture. There are swings, trampoline, climbing frame and slides that guest are welcome to use.
