Furzebray Lake is situated 1 mile from the centre of the market town of South Molton, where two markets are held in the historic pannier market each week. There is a supermarket and numerous pubs and restaurants within, or close by the town.

Arrival: 3.30pm.

Lake View is a converted barn, adjacent to the main farmhouse, carefully converted retaining much character with underfloor heating, tiled floors and large rugs for extra comfort, offering ONE bedroom: with king-size bed and en-suite with bath, separate shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan and catches the morning sun with TV, DVD, woodburner (first basket of logs included). The kitchen area has a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: patio doors from lounge area leading onto the main patio area with garden table, chairs, BBQ and sun loungers. Secure garden. Amenities: ample parking in a separate parking area just a minutes’ walk. Central heating included with an additional charge of £15 from November to Easter, paid direct to the owner.
