The converted barn is adjacent to the main farmhouse with its own private garden overlooking a wonderful lake, giving stunning reflective views and sunsets. Close by is a smaller ornamental lake with a woodland walk and lakeside garden. Explore or rest a while listening to the birds singing and the fish jumping. The farm is situated 1 mile from the centre of the market town of South Molton where 2 markets are held in the historic pannier market each week. There is a supermarket and numerous pubs and restaurants within or close to the town.

The barn has been carefully converted to keep as much of its character as possible and has underfloor heating and tiled floors with large rugs in the lounge and bedroom for extra comfort. It has 2 patios, 1 outside the bedroom for a quiet breakfast and 1 outside the lounge with views over the lake. The accommodation is furnished to a high standard and offers ONE bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. There is a large window and door opening out onto a secluded patio to catch the morning sun. Open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with TV, DVD, woodburner (first basket of logs included). The kitchen area has a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. This room also has patio doors leading onto the main patio area with garden table, chairs, BBQ and sun loungers. The garden area is secure with a garden shed to store boots, shoes, fishing equipment and outdoor clothes.The 3 acre specimen Carp lake is available at 50% of the normal tariff.
