Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Please remember that all short break enquiries have to be checked prior to booking, simply find your perfect cottage, get in touch and we will help finalise your enquiry either email or phone our Reservation Team.

1 OF 3 BARN CONVERSIONS ON THE NORTH DEVON COAST

These superb conversions are situated on the owner's former dairy farm and have been renovated with great care and style.

Set a short distance from the many beaches along the North Devon and North Cornwall coast, it is ideal for couples or families wishing to explore this beautiful part of the West Country. Much to see and do in the area: family theme parks such as The Big Sheep and The Milky Way, RHS Rosemoor, cycling on the Tarka Trail, or walking along the coastal footpaths and enjoying spectacular views over Bideford Bay. Clovelly should be on any visitors list to visit, a unique cliff-side fishing village which is privately owned and has remained unchanged for many years. The larger towns of Bude and Bideford offer a wider range of shops, restaurants and amenities. Bude also has a splash pool and ten pin bowling centre, tennis courts and pretty canal.

Leisure facilities: use of a hot tub, shared by both properties. Outside: shared lawn area perfect for games. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, electric, central heating and stairgates included. Wi-fi available. Towels available for hire. Regret no smoking. Location: beach 2 miles (Bucks Mills), sandy beach 6 miles (Westward Ho!), shop and village social club 1 mile, pub 3 miles.

The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: accessed via an open-tread, winding staircase, 1 double with TV and 1 twin both having en-suite with shower over bath and WC. 1 single room. Shower room: with double shower cubicle and WC. Lounge: open-plan, well- furnished and equipped benefitting from underfloor heating, flatscreen TV/DVD and hi-fi. French doors lead out onto the rear enclosed patio. Kitchen/diner: has exposed stone work and is well fitted with oak units, dishwasher, electric cooker and hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and many useful extras. Outside: patio areas at the front and rear of the property, the front patio has outdoor chess/draughts, the rear having garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: 2 dogs welcome.
