Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Just a short drive from the village of Swimbridge, located in the heart of North Devon countryside, south east of the ancient port of Barnstaple and within easy reach of the North Devon coast. The 2 miles of golden sandy beach at Westward Ho! is just a 20 minute drive or enjoy the sand dunes at Instow with its lovely seafront restaurants and pubs. Or simply relax and unwind on the private balcony and take in the far reaching countryside and distant sea views. Farm activities: the owners are delighted to show guests around the farm and where guests can help with day-to-day farm activities.
