The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with feature four-poster bed and en-suite shower room with WC and 1 double bedroom. Bathroom: family size with bath, mixer shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: spacious with harbour and sea views. Lounge with TV, DVD, freesat and hi-fi. Kitchen with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Utility room: off the spacious landing with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink. Amenities: private parking beside the apartment building for 1 vehicle. Bed linen, towels (not beach), electric and central heating included. Regret no pets. Additional info: guests are advised that due to the nature of the building there are some low level windows, care will need to be taken with toddlers and children under 6. Location: harbour, pubs, shops, restaurants and beach all within walking distance.
