Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Visit during the first weekend in December and you will be able to enjoy the spectacular, annual Dulverton in Starlight event. At the cottage you'll be surrounded by wildlife and feel completely immersed in luxury eco-style living. Feel free to wander the 24 acres of land and visit the pigs and chickens, or wander up to the wooded Exe Valley which is a perfect spot for some lovely long walks. If you're feeling more energetic then bring your bike and discover rural Exmoor and its incredible valley views and wildlife. There are many local attractions, such as the National Trust properties Knightshayes Court and Killerton House, or alternatively visit the bustling town of Tiverton which is well known for its markets. The picturesque cathedral city of Exeter is a also a short drive away and is a must see when coming to this part of the world, with its cobbled streets and beautiful architecture. In the evenings why not relax at the property or visit one of the many local pubs serving good food.
This semi-detached renovated barn has been lovingly converted to retain real charm and provides accommodation for two people.
