Enjoy the best of both worlds as the property is nestled on the edge of woodland near Exmoor National Park and benefits from wonderful views of the countryside. Situated a short drive from the quaint Devon towns of Dulverton and Bampton with the North Devon coast a short drive away.

Visit during the first weekend in December and you will be able to enjoy the spectacular annual Dulverton in Starlight event. At the cottage you will be surrounded by wildlife and feel completely immersed in luxury eco-style living. Feel free to wander the 24 acres of land and visit the pigs and chickens, or wander up to the wooded Exe Valley which is a perfect spot for some lovely long walks. If you're feeling more energetic then bring your bike and discover rural Exmoor with its incredible valley views and wildlife. There are many local attractions such as the National Trust properties Knightshayes Court and Killerton House and gardens. The picturesque cathedral city of Exeter is a also a short drive away and is a must see when coming to this part of the world, with its cobbled streets and beautiful architecture. In the evenings why not relax at the property or visit one of the many local pubs serving good food.

This semi-detached renovated barn has been lovingly converted to retain real charm and provides accommodation for two people. Served by a private log boiler and solar panels, you can rest easy knowing your holiday will have minimal impact on the environment. Furnished and equipped to a high standard, arranged on one floor offering ONE bedroom: with king-size bed. Bathroom: with large shower and WC. Lounge: with woodburner (first basket of logs included), flatscreen TV, DVD and radio. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with cooker, washing machine, fridge and dishwasher. Outside: private gated garden and to the front of the property a small patio area with views of the valley. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Private water supply from a spring. 1 dog welcome. Location: beach 35 miles, shop and pub 3 miles.


Dogs are charged at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
