Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Please remember that all short break enquiries have to be checked prior to booking, simply find your perfect cottage, get in touch and we will help finalise your enquiry either email or phone our Reservation Team .

SHORT DRIVE TO THE BEACH, COUNTRYSIDE VIEWS

This delightful annexe is immaculately presented and adjoins the owner's home where a warm welcome awaits, but privacy is assured. Little Burcombe is ideal for couples, situated in Northam on the outskirts of Bideford and superbly placed for exploring the magnificent coastline and spectacular sandy beaches with Westward Ho! being only a mile away. For those who love walking, the South West Coast Path, with its breathtaking views and The Tarka Trail which gives you many miles of safe track for walking and cycling, are close by. The popular market towns of Bideford and Barnstaple, with their pannier markets are also close by, offering good pubs, shops and restaurants. Close by is the fishing village of Appledore full of old world charm and famous for its arts, crafts and maritime heritage. Clovelly is also well worth a visit, with its steep, stepped, cobbled streets leading down to a pretty harbour. Northam itself offers the convenience of a couple of nearby pubs, grocery shop, and post office. Alternately just sit and relax on the decked area with a good book and a glass of wine. 

This cottage is arranged on one level, a charming annexe offering ONE bedroom: with double bed. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan area provides a light and airy space, leads directly from the front door. Lounge: with TV, DVD, Freeview, hi-fi and patio doors. Kitchen: with cooker, microwave, washing machine and fridge with small freezer compartment. Outside: patio doors with two steps down leading out onto the enclosed decked area with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: Ample parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. 1 small dog by arrangement. Regret no smoking inside the property. Location: Beach 1 mile, shops and pubs walking distance.
