Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Please remember that all short break enquiries have to be checked prior to booking, simply find your perfect cottage, get in touch and we will help finalise your enquiry either email or phone our Reservation Team .

With a pathway direct from the property, you will be less than a 10 minute walk via the sand dunes to the long sandy surfing beach. Also within walking distance is a beach shop and café as well as the 4 star Saunton Sands Hotel for an evening drink, meal and leisure facilities.

Enjoy the tranquility of your surroundings and relax with a glass of wine enjoying the views across the estuary to Hartland Point. A perfect base for exploring the whole of North Devon, with lovely villages to explore including Croyde, Woolacombe, Lynton and Lynmouth, some superb cliff-top walks and attractions to suit all tastes which include Watermouth Castle, The Big Sheep, National Trust Arlington Court, Exmoor Zooilogical Gardens, Valley Of The Rocks and much more. Less than 10 minutes drive is the quaint village of Braunton or the regional town of Barnstaple is a 15 minute drive and has a range of high street shops, restaurants, cinema, theatre and other leisure facilities. All in all the perfect destination for a first class holiday.
