On the first floor there are 3 further bedrooms all with far-reaching countryside views, 1 family room with four-poster bed and 2 singles with en-suite shower over bath and WC, 1 double room with additional single bed and 1 twin room. Large landing area with sofa bed if required. Bathroom: on the half-landing with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: with two-way woodburner (first basket of logs included), TV, Freeview and DVD. A sun lounge leads from the lounge offering woodburner and comfortable seating. Kitchen/diner: with electric range cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave.
