Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Situated on the most popular street in the traditional fishing village of Appledore, this characterful fisherman's cottage is the perfect retreat for couples wanting to relax or explore all that North Devon has to offer. The cottage has been updated to a high standard offering comfortable and stylish accommodation yet retains many original features including beamed ceilings. You can relax by the fire in the cosy lounge or enjoy the wonderful sea views from the additional seating area upstairs, ideal for reading or simply watching the sea.
Within easy walking distance is the bustling quayside and some wonderful local pubs and restaurants, as well as an array of shops, art galleries and a maritime museum. Other attractions within very easy reach are the surfing beach of Westward Ho! and the popular market towns of Bideford and Barnstaple, which offer a wider selection of shops and restaurants. The steep cobbled village of Clovelly is a short drive away as well as the North Cornwall border, where you can discover a wonderful selection of beaches and coves.
