Other attractions within very easy reach are the surfing beach of Westward Ho! and the popular market towns of Bideford and Barnstaple, which offer a wider selection of shops and restaurants. The steep cobbled village of Clovelly is a short drive away as well as the North Cornwall border, where you can discover a wonderful selection of beaches and coves.
