Meadow Park annexe provides a good base for touring the area, being close to the Devon/Cornwall border with excellent beaches to visit on the north coast including Duckpool, Bude and Widemouth in Cornwall and Bucks Mills, Clovelly and Westward Ho! in Devon. Close by, the picturesque Tamar Lakes offer lovely walks and various water activities. Hartland Abbey, Tapeley Park and Rosemoor are all within a short drive with spectacular houses and gardens to wander. Alternatively, just relax on the small suntrap patio with seating or enjoy a stroll to the village square.

The annexe accommodation is situated to the rear of the owner's home and has ONE double bedroom. Bathroom with bath with shower over and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner with microwave, gas cooker, fridge, TV with built in Freeview and DVD and gas fire. Shared utility with washing machine and freezer. Ample off-road parking to the front of the owner's home. Bed linen, towels, electric and full central heating included. Regret no pets. Beach 9 miles, shop and pub within walking distance.
