Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Ideally situated for exploring both Devon and Cornwall and only 10 miles from the beaches at Bude with Widemouth Bay a few miles on. There is access to the coastal footpath from Bude offering lovely walks. Bude has excellent shopping and leisure facilities including 10 pin bowling and a wave pool, together with many restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Clovelly is another must see, wander down the steep stepped cobbled streets that lead to the pretty harbour. There are many attractions nearby offering a great family day out. The Big Sheep and The Milky Way both offer all-weather attractions, and for those who enjoy wildlife and walking The Tamar Lakes are well worth a visit and offer excellent bird watching, water sports and fishing. For those who like to stay closer to home you are welcome to explore the land or simply relax in the spacious gardens with a BBQ and enjoy the countryside.
The accommodation is arranged on one floor and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with TV and Freeview and 1 bunk bedroom. Shower room: with WC. Lounge/diner: with hi-fi, TV, Freeview, DVD and woodburner (first basket of logs included). Kitchen: with cooker, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. Outside: spacious gardens with BBQ. Guests are welcome to explore the garden and surrounding land, however care should be taken with children while near the pond. Amenities: parking for 2 cars. Bed linen, electric and heating included.
