Recently refurbished, Muffy Cottage is the perfect choice for those requiring a relaxing holiday yet being within a short distance of many attractions. Close by is the 2 miles of golden sandy beach at Westward Ho! as is The Big Sheep, Milky Way and more. Appledore itself offers a Maritime Museum to give you an insight into the past as well as restaurants, small local galleries and a choice of excellent family pubs all serving good food. In the evenings enjoy the rear patio-style garden for drinks and a BBQ.
The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: On the top floor is 1 twin with sloping ceilings approached via very steep steps most suitable for teenagers, 1 further twin and 1 double with a shower. Family bathroom with shower over. Separate WC. New kitchen/diner with cooker, fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave. Lounge with TV, DVD, Freeview and dual fuel woodburner. Electric heating. Bed linen and electric included. Guests are advised that due to the character of the property the stairs are winding cottage style making it unsuitable for toddlers and therefore no cot and highchair is provided, please feel free to bring your own travel cot for babes in arms. 2 dogs by arrangement. Parking is in the nearby car park or street parking a few minutes walk away. Beach 2 miles, pubs and shops walking distance. |
