The cottage offers comfortable accommodation and offers the ideal holiday retreat, being within easy walking distance from the bustling quayside of this vibrant fishing village, with its varied restaurants, pubs, array of shops, art galleries and museum. It is also the perfect location for walking, cycling, golf, surfing, fishing, sailing, visiting numerous tourist attractions and relaxing on the sandy beaches. The surfing beach at Westward Ho! is only a 5 minute drive and caters for surfers, bathers and families alike. The popular market towns of Bideford and Barnstaple, with their famous pannier markets are also close by, offering an array of good pubs, shops and restaurants. After a busy day exploring, you can take the chance to relax and reflect on the day's events in the beautiful, secluded enclosed patio garden which is separate from the cottage but accessed via a small pathway from the front of the cottage.
The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin (one single is 6" and the other is 3' 6"). Downstairs offers shower room and WC. Kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. Lounge/diner with woodburner, TV, DVD and Freeview. Parking is street parking close by. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Enclosed patio close by with outdoor seating and BBQ. 1 well-behaved dog welcome. Beach 1 mile, pubs and shops walking distance. |
