If you're feeling fit why not explore the Tarka Trail, either on foot or by cycle, heading inland towards Torrington along the River Torridge or along the estuary towards Instow. On the other hand why not relax in the large gardens shared with the owner and enjoy their home grown fruit and vegetables available in season.
