Broad Close Farm makes a perfect base for walking, fishing, horse riding and is in a central position for touring the South West. You are welcome to collect new laid eggs from the owner's free range hens for your breakfast. You are within easy reach of Exmoor National Park where you can enjoy stunning scenery and a wealth of picture postcard villages, many with traditional country pubs. You are only a few minutes walk to the village of Rackenford with a post office/general stores and the famous Stag Inn that is the oldest pub in Devon. Beaches to the North and South coasts are easily accessible.
Both apartments have wide doors and ramps available and have an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner making for easy sociable living with a TV with DVD, hi-fi and a sofa bed that is suitable for a young child. Well-equipped kitchens with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge with ice box and dishwasher. There is a small outside utility that houses the washing machine shared between the 2 apartments. Both apartments open out onto a small shared courtyard with seating and a BBQ in the summer. You are welcome to explore the owner's farmland and use the picnic area in the orchard/garden.
