Furzebray Lake properties are all set in a picturesque position with breathtaking views of a 3-acre lake, giving stunning reflective views and sunsets. All the properties have private gardens and a short walk away is a smaller ornamental lake with lakeside garden to rest for awhile, listenening to the birds singing and watch the fish jumping, beyond this lake is a small woodland garden to explore. The farm is situated one mile from the centre of the market town of South Molton, where two markets are held in the historic pannier market each week. There is a supermarket, and numerous pubs and restaurants within, or close by the town.

The 2 lodges are set away from the main farmhouse on the South side of the lake each with their own private garden and views of the lake. They have both been carefully positioned to ensure maximum privacy and have been built to a very high standard. Ample parking directly outside each lodge.
The accommodation offers ONE bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. There is a door opening out onto a secluded patio to catch the morning sun. Open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with TV, DVD, woodburner (first basket of logs included). The kitchen area has a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. This room also has patio doors leading onto the main patio area with garden table, chairs, BBQ and sun loungers. Central heating included with an additional charge of £15 from November to Easter paid direct to the owner.
