Outside: all properties have private gardens and a short walk is a smaller ornamental lake with lakeside garden to listen to the birds sing, and watch the fish jump, beyond this lake is a small woodland garden to explore. Amenities: bed linen, towels and electric included. Shed to store boots, shoes, fishing equipment and outdoor clothes. Regret no smoking or pets. Location: shops, pubs and restaurants 1 mile. Arrival: 3.30pm. Oak View lodge is set away from the main farmhouse on the south side of the lake, carefully positioned to ensure maximum privacy. The lodge is built to a very high standard and offers ONE bedroom: with a king-size bed and an en-suite with bath. Bathroom: separate shower and WC. There is a door opening out onto a secluded patio to catch the morning sun. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with TV, DVD, woodburner (first basket of logs included). The kitchen area has a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: patio doors leading onto the main patio area with garden table, chairs, BBQ and sun loungers.
