Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. 1 OF 3 PROPERTIES, BREATHTAKING VIEWS OF A 3 ACRE LAKE

All 3 properties are set in a picturesque position with breathtaking views of a 3-acre lake, giving stunning reflective views and sunsets. They are furnished to a high standard and are perfectly positioned to provide easy access to Exmoor and the wonderful sandy beaches of Saunton, Croyde, Woolacombe, and Westward Ho!, with the dramatic coastline of North Devon including picturesque villages such as Clovelly, Lynton, Lynmouth, Porlock and the larger towns of Barnstaple with its theatre, cinema, clubs and shops, and Bideford with an attractive water front and the very popular Burton Gallery Arts Centre. Situated 1 mile from the centre of the market town of South Molton, where two markets are held in the historic pannier market each week. There is a supermarket and numerous pubs and restaurants within, or close by the town.

Leisure facilities: 3 acre specimen carp lake is available with discounts for guests, to avoid disappointment fishing should be arranged prior to booking your holiday, please call reservations to enquire,(further details regarding fishing can be seen at furzebraylakes.co.uk). Outside: all properties have private gardens and a short walk is a smaller ornamental lake with lakeside garden to listen to the birds sing, and watch the fish jump, beyond this lake is a small woodland garden to explore. Amenities: bed linen, towels and electric included. Shed to store boots, shoes, fishing equipment and outdoor clothes. Regret no smoking or pets. Location: shops, pubs and restaurants 1 mile. Arrival: 3.30pm.

The accommodation is set away from the main farmhouse on the south side of the lake, carefully positioned to ensure maximum privacy. The lodge is built to a very high standard and offers ONE bedroom: with a king-size bed and an en-suite with bath. Bathroom: separate shower and WC. There is a door opening out onto a secluded patio to catch the morning sun. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with TV, DVD and woodburner (first basket of logs included). The kitchen area has a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: patio doors leading onto the main patio area with garden table, chairs, BBQ and sun loungers. Amenities: ample parking outside each lodge. Central heating included with an additional charge of £15 from November to Easter paid direct to the owner.
