Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. PANORAMIC SEA VIEWS Nestling on the ocean’s edge and offering uninterrupted sea views, this beautifully furnished apartment is perfect for people looking to get away and relax.
There are many all year round attractions close by including Exmoor National Park, National Trust Arlington Court, many Blue Flag beaches, ideal for bathing or surfing and Watermouth Castle, to name but a few. If you wanted to stay closer to home you will be a 2 minutes' walk to the harbour and within walking distance to all of Ilfracombe's amenities, cafes and some lovely places to eat including the restaurant that is owned by the artist Damien Hirst. The accommodation is on the first floor and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower room and WC. 1 twin room with sea views and 1 single room, single bed with a pull out bed that can be made into two single beds for extra visitors. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with TV, DVD, hi-fi, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: patio door leading out to large balcony area with panoramic sea views and garden furniture. Amenities: restricted roadside parking between mid March to October. Parking permit for nearby car park is provided upon request. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. No smoking inside the property. Regret no pets. Location: beach, harbour, pubs and shops all walking distance.
