The accommodation can be approached by either a set of stairs or the lift. The property offers THREE beautifully designed and presented bedrooms: 1 double with sea views, 1 double with en-suite shower room and WC, 1 single room with pull-out bed. Bathroom with shower over and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, large flat screen SkyTV, DVD and large full-length windows to take advantage of the panoramic sea views. Balcony area where you can sit with a glass of wine soaking up the fantastic coastal views. 2 travel cots and 2 hang-and-sit seats available (to convert chairs into highchairs for babies and toddlers). Parking outside the property is limited but can be found within a 5 minute walk, a parking permit for 1 car is provided for your convenience. Bed linen, towels (including beach towels), electric and full central heating included. No smoking is allowed inside the property. Regret no pets.
