Peacefully situated, this pretty cottage is a wing off Little Bray House, a longstanding family home where the present owners have welcomed guests to their two self-catering cottages for 30 years. The large shared garden is private, fun for children and with plenty of outside seating, it is perfect to relax in with a glass of wine. In addition there is an excellent badminton court in one of the huge old barns. Walking from Little Bray is varied and peaceful. Immediately accessible from the garden is woodland and river walks, whilst nearby you will find open countryside on Exmoor National Park itself. The North Devon coast boasts some of the best beaches in the country and Croyde, Saunton, Woolacombe and Putsborough are all within a half-hour drive.
The traditional comfortable accommodation offers THREE bedrooms all accessed via a spiral staircase: 1 double with Victorian bed, 1 twin, and 1 single bedroom. Bathroom with bath and WC. Kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Large sitting room with dining area and TV. Ample off-road parking. Bed linen included. Electric and oil central heating charged per unit payable to the owner. Regret no smoking. 1 dog on a lead welcome, further by arrangement.
