This former fisherman's cottage nestles in the centre of Appledore and is a short stroll to the bustling quayside, restaurants, pubs, galleries and Maritime Museum.
An ideal location for enjoying the many attractions North Devon has to offer, you will be a short drive to The Big Sheep, RHS Rosemoor Gardens, National Trust's Arlington Court, Clovelly and much more. Walkers can enjoy coastal walks from the property and the 2 miles of golden sandy beach at Westward Ho! is less than a 20 minute walk. There is also a choice of leisure facilities close by including riding, tennis, golf, swimming, fishing and more. In the evenings, sample one of the six pubs in Appledore, most serving good food.
The cosy accommodation offers ONE bedroom: double approached via steep open tread stairs, care is required. Bathroom: downstairs, with shower over bath. Upstairs WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: large with gas fire, TV, DVD, Freeview, cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. Amenities: parking a short walk away in public car park. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. No cot or highchair provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. 1 dog by arrangement. Location: beach 1 mile, pubs and shops all walking distance.
