Local attractions include The Big Sheep, RHS Rosemoor, The Milky Way, the Tarka Trail, Tapeley Park and the Oldenburg, for day trips to Lundy Island.
All cottages have direct access to the public footpath, guests are able to walk the owners land by prior arrangement. Amenities: off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and heating included. Private water supply. Regret no smoking in the property. Location: beach at Peppercombe 5 miles, shop 6 miles, pub 2 miles.
All on one level and offers ONE bedroom: double with en-suite shower room and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: spacious, open-plan with woodburner effect electric fire, ample seating, TV and DVD. Kitchen area is equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge with ice box and many useful extras. Amenities: 1 dog by arrangement (dogs must be kept on leads at all times due to animals in neighbouring fields).
Dogs are charged at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
