Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. This property is close to the magnificent North Devon/Cornwall coastline with its heritage cobbled cliffside village of Clovelly, rugged Hartland Quay and sweeping sandy beaches. The area provides wonderful walking opportunities with the coast path and Tarka Trail, which gives you many miles of safe tracks for both walking and cycling plus a wealth of all-year attractions and places to visit.
The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: twin with 2 full-sized single beds. Shower room: modern with shower cubicle, washbasin and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with woodburner (logs not included), TV, DVD, gas hob (no gas oven), microwave and fridge. Utility room: separate shared laundry room. Outside: patio doors open onto a gravel patio area (furniture provided in summer) with enclosed garden and magnificent south-facing views. Use of private land and wildlife pond for short strolls.
