Situated in one of Appledore's most popular streets and within a short stroll from all of the amenities this pretty fishing village has to offer. The quayside is often bustling with activity; children fishing over the sea wall and a variety of fishing and leisure boats out on the water. The surfing beach at Westward Ho! is only a 5 minute drive and caters for surfers, bathers and families alike. Plenty to see and do in the area. Family adventure parks such as The Big Sheep or The Milky Way are always popular. Alternatively hire a bike and cycle along the disused railway line known as The Tarka Trail. If all of this sounds too energetic, why not stay closer to home and just wander the quaint and narrow streets in Appledore and pop into one of the many character pubs, which serve good food.
