The high quality, homely split-level accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: upstairs, 1 king-size with Velux windows, a picture window and a sofa seating area, and 1 further king-size with french windows and a Juliet balcony looking out over the fields and surrounding countryside. Both bedrooms are large, light and airy with exposed beams, solid wood furniture and TVs. 1 twin bedroom downstairs at ground level, overlooking the pond and courtyard and benefitting from underfloor heating.  Shower room: upstairs, with underfloor heating, power shower, WC and bidet. 1 further shower room downstairs with underfloor heating and WC. Lounge/diner: with oil fired woodburner, Smart TV with DVD player and wi-fi available.  Dining area with striking solid oak circular table, seating 8 in a light airy room with exposed beams. Kitchen/diner: accessed by 2 steps, impressive  farmhouse style kitchen with Aga, exposed beams and granite work surfaces, electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, an oval breakfast table with seating for 6, and french doors looking out onto the patio. A barn door leads from the kitchen to the private courtyard. Outside: enclosed sun trap courtyard garden with raised fish pond (care must be taken with young children and pets), mature flower beds, decking, garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: ample off-road parking, bed linen, towels, electric, heating and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Location: beach within 3 miles, pub and small shop in village approximately a 15 minute walk. Arrival: 3.30pm.

Dogs are charged at £20.00 per week per dog or £3.00 per day per dog for short breaks.
