Spacious and stylish barn conversion, situated just a short distance from the spectacular North Devon coastline with its many sandy beaches, and attractions.

Set on the edge of the traditional Devon village of Woolsery, with lots to see and do in the area including the nearby Hartland Quay and lighthouse a great location to enjoy a brisk walk whilst taking in the magnificent views. Clovelly, the unique cliffside fishing village and pretty harbour, with family theme parks such as The Big Sheep and The Milky Way offering a good day out and offer a useful day's entertainment should the weather be wet, but if the weather is good the sandy beaches at Bude or Westward Ho! are the only places to be and try your hand at body boarding, surfing or even explore the rockpools.

This converted detached barn has retained much original charm and character with wooden floors and exposed stonework and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower room and WC, 1 double with views across the countryside and 1 twin with TV. Bathroom: with bath, shower cubicle and WC. Lounge/diner: with TV, DVD, hi-fi,PlayStation and games. Kitchen: with cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and small breakfast table. Outside: enclosed garden with patio, seating and BBQ. Amenities: Ample parking. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and wi-fi included. 3 dogs welcome. Location: beach 5 miles, shop 2 miles and pub 4 miles.

Dogs are charged at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
