Originally part of a 19th century shipyard and adjacent to the entrance of Lord Rolle's Canal (an ongoing restoration scheme), converted to a very high standard with exposed beams/timbers throughout. The 3 large, glazed, front doors provide wonderful views across the Torridge Valley. The ground floor is tiled throughout, the loft floor and stairs are varnished timber. Separate lounge with 2 single sofa beds, TV, video and hi-fi. Fully-tiled shower room with WC and washbasin, 2 similar shower rooms/WCs are accessible from outside the barn (instant electric showers). Outside is a secure fenced area with BBQ, picnic benches and camp fire, meadow area beyond. Ample parking. Bed linen and electric included. Central heating and hot water provided by Rayburn (logs free/coal extra). Regret no smoking, pets or fireworks.
