Lounge with TV, Freeview, DVD, video and hi-fi. 2 Fully-tiled shower rooms with WC and washbasin on the ground floor, 1 similar shower room/WC is accessible from outside the barn (instant electric showers). Outside is a secure fenced area with BBQ, picnic benches and camp fire, meadow area beyond. Ample parking. Bed linen and electric included. Central heating and hot water provided by Rayburn (fuel supplied). Regret no smoking, pets or fireworks. Beach 6 miles, shops and golf 4 miles, village cricket/playground 1 mile, pub 1.5 miles.
