Short Breaks


Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Please remember that all short break enquiries have to be checked prior to booking, simply find your perfect cottage, get in touch and we will help finalise your enquiry either email or phone our Reservation Team .

BREATHTAKING VIEWS OVER BIDEFORD BAY TOWARDS LUNDY ISLAND

Renovated to a high standard, this superb detached property is situated in one of North Devon's most prestige locations and benefits from some of the finest views over Northam Burrows, Westward Ho!, the beach and Lundy Island.

On the outskirts of Appledore, you will be a 15 minutes' stroll to the quayside as well as the Maritime Museum, restaurants, shops and numerous family pubs all serving good food. Westward Ho! beach is also an easy walk and offers 2 miles of golden sands, popular with bathers, surfers and sun seekers. There are a variety of leisure activities on your doorstep including National Trust cliff-top walks, tennis, championship golf course, riding, swimming pool and more. The market town of Bideford is a 10 minutes' drive and offers high street shops, pannier and open-air market and is also the home to the Oldenburg for day trips to Lundy Island. Further afield are attractions to suit all tastes which include Tapeley Park, Clovelly with its steep, stepped cobbled streets, The Milky Way and The Big Sheep. In the evenings relax in the large enclosed garden and watch the unrivalled sunsets from the raised decking area which overlooks the home and sea beyond. 

The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 2 doubles, both with en-suite shower rooms and WC and 2 twins. All bedrooms have TV's. Bathroom: family size with whirlpool bath, shower cubicle and WC. Lounge: triple aspect with flatscreen TV, full SkyTV package, DVD, electric fire and wonderful views.
