The property is conveniently located to explore many lovely locations and visit a wealth of all-year attractions. The North Devon coast boasts some of the best beaches in the country and Croyde, Saunton, Woolacombe and Putsborough are all within a half hour drive. Far-reaching countryside views can be appreciated from the detached farmhouse which offers comfortable accommodation with FIVE bedrooms: 2 doubles with en-suite shower and WC, 2 twins and 1 family room with 1 double, 1 2' 6" single and 1 fold-away single available on request (bed linen is not supplied for the fold-away bed). Bathroom with bath and WC. Lounge with woodburner (first basket of logs included), TV and DVD. Second lounge with woodburner and TV and video, perfect for the children or for watching a different television programme. Dining room with 4 tables which can be assembled to comfortably seat 12. Kitchen with gas fired Rayburn, electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and hi-fi. Large utility area with tiled flooring, washing machine, freezer and separate WC off.
