On the ground floor, 1 further double with TV and connecting door to the bathroom. Bathroom: on the first floor with bath and WC, this room has a sloping ceiling on one side so please take care. Further bathroom downstairs with bath, shower attachment and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: spiral staircase (please take care) leads down to this open-plan area with TV/DVD, hi-fi, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven and hob. The washing machine is housed in a cupboard within the downstairs bedroom. Outside: steps lead up to a small paved patio with garden furniture and built in BBQ.
