It has recently been refurbished throughout to a very high standard, offering the perfect retreat for anyone seeking a romantic break away. The cottage is situated right in the heart of the fishing village of Appledore and is less than a minute’s walk to the quayside with its small shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants and is a hive of activity when the fishing boats come ashore. Just a few miles away is Westward Ho!, with its golden sandy beach and surfing. The popular market towns of Bideford and Barnstaple, with their famous pannier markets are also close by, offering an array of good pubs, shops and restaurants.
The accommodation offers ONE double bedroom with oak flooring and flat screen TV. The upstairs accommodation also includes a small snug with a futon sofa bed. The snug is perfect for one adult or a child/baby. Modern shower room with WC. The front entrance leads directly into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with slate flooring, gas-effect woodburner, flat screen TV/DVD and hi-fi. Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Parking close by. Bed linen, electric, towels and central heating included.
