Situated within the Exmoor National Park and refurbished to a high standard, this delightful listed cottage dates back to the 17th century and offers a perfect place for people wanting to explore this beautiful part of Devon.

You will be able to enjoy some breathtaking walks direct from the property and there are some fantastic beaches within a short drive. You will be close to the many attractions which the area has to offer including Exmoor Zoo, Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, Watermouth Castle, Arlington Court and much more. There are numerous beaches in the area including the beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton Sands. Games room: small with 7 in 1 games table, TV and PlayStation 2 with games.

The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double, 1 single with pull-out bed underneath and 1 twin bedroom. Bathroom: downstairs and family size with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: with flatscreen TV, Freeview, DVD and woodburner (free logs). Kitchen/diner: with electric cooker, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Utility room: with deep freeze, washing machine and sink. Outside: enclosed rear garden and front garden with seating. Amenities: parking for 2 cars. Bed linen, wi-fi, electric and central heating (timed twice daily) included. Towels for hire. Stairgate available on request. Regret no pets. Regret no smoking inside the property. Location: beach 9 miles, pubs and shops 2 miles. Arrival: 3.30pm.
