Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. 1 OF 4 PROPERTIES WITH 4 ACRES, OUTDOOR HEATED SWIMMING POOL Peacefully situated about 1.5 miles from the golf club and lovely sands at Saunton and only a short drive from Braunton with its local shops and amenities. 1 of 4 properties, on site ideally placed for a relaxing holiday or visiting the delights the area has to offer. Often featured in the Good Holiday Cottage Guide, the area is overflowing with things to do for all ages. Why not take a trip into the pretty village of Croyde, with its chocolate box cottages and quaint pubs and tearooms, or enjoy the far-reaching views up on Exmoor where there is an abundance of wildlife and many moorland walks. Saunton Sands, with just over 3.5 miles of golden sands is renowned for its surfing and windsurfing. A haven for the keen golfer with two 18 hole courses, one a championship course. At Ilfracombe you can enjoy fishing trips, seaside amusements, museum and art gallery. Barnstaple, the regional capital of North Devon, is even closer. This is a lively town with its weekly pannier market and never-ending choice of shops, inns and restaurants as well as a craft market and superb indoor leisure centre.
