Facilities on site include stabling and grazing for your own horse(s), livery yard, and lessons with the owner, who is a qualified BHSAI instructor, can be arranged prior to your stay at a reasonable charge to avoid disappointment.
The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms which all have tea and coffee making facilities and a TV. Upstairs offers 1 double and 1 twin. Family bathroom with spa bath, separate shower and WC. Downstairs offers a second double with a disabled access en-suite shower/wet room and WC. The whole of the ground floor is on 1 level and has been carefully designed to allow people who are partially disabled to enjoy the delights this property has to offer. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner makes for easy social holiday living with SkyTV and DVD. The kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer located in the entrance hall and has been designed for all with space underneath the hob and sink for wheelchair users. The covered decked veranda is perfect for those who like to relax in the shade with a hot tub to seat 4, a built in BBQ with hood, table and chairs. Private grassed area. Ample parking.
