A 5 minute walk takes you into the pretty village of West Down with the local pub and village store. You will be within easy reach of the internationally renowned beaches of Woolacombe, Saunton and Croyde, Exmoor National Park and many local towns and villages. You can enjoy country walks direct from your front door, why not bring your wellies and walk the land. For fishing enthusiasts stroll the 1 mile to Little Comfort Farm where you can buy a day ticket to fish on their coarse fishing lakes.
The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: double room with en-suite shower room with heated towel rail and WC.
