Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. Please remember that all short break enquiries have to be checked prior to booking, simply find your perfect cottage, get in touch and we will help finalise your enquiry either email or phone our Reservation Team.

NEWLY DECORATED IN A RURAL VILLAGE LOCATION, COUNTRYSIDE SETTING

This link-detached cottage has been constructed to a very high standard, combining modern amenities with traditional character. A splendid base for a holiday whatever the time of year, situated in the extremely popular rural village of Parkham. There are many quaint villages that await your discovery nearby, Appledore offers all the old world charm of a fishing village, famous for its arts, crafts and maritime heritage. Beach lovers will delight in the wide sandy beaches, the nearest being the beach at Westward Ho!, being just 9 miles away. Alternatively take a short drive to the picturesque coastal villages of Clovelly and Bucks Mills with their pebbled beaches. Walkers can enjoy the spectacular scenery of the coastal path and the Tarka Trail which provides miles of traffic-free cycling. There are also a wealth of attractions to choose from including The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Tapeley Park Gardens and Rosemoor Gardens.

The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 king-size with character sloping ceilings and en-suite shower room, WC and underfloor heating. 1 double bedroom and 1 single. Bathroom: family size with full length bath with 2 fitted grip handles, mixer taps and shower attachment (although this is not for use as a stand in shower), WC, heated towel rail and underfloor heating. Lounge: with leather sofas, TV, Freeview, DVD, hi-fi and woodburner effect fire. Kitchen: with cooker, microwave, integrated fridge, freezer, dishwasher and DAB radio with iPod dock. Utility room: small with washer/dryer. Outside: small enclosed lawn area at the back of the property with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: parking for 1 car. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Wi-fi available. Regret no smoking. 1 pet welcome but restricted to the ground floor only. Additional info: cot and highchair are not provided, however guests are welcome to bring their own. Location: beach 9 miles, shop 2 miles, pub walking distance. Arrival: 3.30pm.
