North Devon's coastline is never far away and Westward Ho! beach is 5 minutes' drive, offering 2 miles of golden sands, popular with bathers and surfers. Horse riding and tennis are available and the South West Coast Path offers breathtaking, cliff-top views. Cyclists and ramblers will love the famous disused railway line, The Tarka Trail, which is 10 yards from the property. Explore the rugged beauty of Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks. Keen golfers can enjoy the nearby championship golf courses at Westward Ho! and Saunton. Attractions include: The Milky Way, The Big Sheep, Superbowl and leisure centre for the children, Tapeley Park, Dartington Crystal, Arlington Court and RHS Rosemoor for the adults. On the second floor 1 king-size with additional single and en-suite with bath, separate shower and WC. 1 twin bedroom and 1 double with additional single, next to shower room. On the third floor: 1 twin and 1 single, both next to shower room. Bathroom: with bath and WC on the second floor. Shower rooms with WC on the second and third floors. Separate WC on half landing between the ground floor and first floor. Lounge: situated on the ground floor, seating 8, with 40" TV/DVD and Wii games console and Xbox.
