This top floor apartment is situated in the heart of the old fishing village of Appledore. The property has been refurbished to a high standard and offers the most excellent views of the estuary and beach.

Enjoy a walk along one of the village's quaint streets or the bustle of the quayside with its small shops, cafes and restaurants. Take a short drive over the river to the sandy beach of Instow. Also a couple of miles away is the sandy beach of Westward Ho! which is great for surfing and swimming. The region of North Devon has many attractions which include The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Dartington Crystal and many more.

The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with estuary and beach views and 1 twin room with river views. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Kitchen: modern and well-equipped with gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and washer/dryer.
