Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. THOUGHTFULLY RENOVATED BARN IN ROLLING COUNTRYSIDE
This barn conversion has been renovated to a high standard, encompassing high ceilings and characterful original beams with a modern and attractive interior providing a base for exploring the surrounding area and a retreat in the beautiful Devonshire countryside. If a relaxing retreat is what you desire, you can unwind in front of the woodburner, or for a breath of fresh air, you do not have to travel any further than the property's doorstep to discover the footpath that runs right outside and leads on to the rolling fields. If you wish to explore the surrounding area, there are many attractions to suit all tastes including Roadford Lakes on the edge of Dartmoor where you can try your hand at watersports, Cookworthy Forest for walkers, Launceston Steam Railway, The Eden Project and many National Trust Properties. The beaches at Bude and Widemouth Bay are along the North Cornish coastline and are just a short drive away.
The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 master king-size double with french doors leading onto patio area and en-suite shower with WC and 1 further double. Bathroom: with bath, shower over and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with TV, DVD recorder, hi-fi, ample comfortable seating and woodburner. Kitchen area includes electric oven with gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Dining area with table and chairs. Outside: enclosed garden area with seating and BBQ.
