This semi-detached cottage sits a short walk from the heart of this vibrant fishing village.

The village of Appledore has long been a popular retreat with its maze of cobbled streets and quaint traditional cottages, located off the quay, that enjoys a selection of shops, welcoming pubs and restaurants. Holidaying in Appledore allows you to relinquish reliance on the car, with a regular bus service leading along the coast and to North Devon's hub towns. The traditional Victorian seaside village of Westward Ho! is easily reached and enjoys England's oldest golf course, Royal North Devon, that criss-crosses the Northam Burrows Country Park and is protected by the naturally occurring pebble ridge that runs the length of this 2 mile golden sandy beach. Within a short journey you can be within the rolling countryside that Devon is famed for, and that is also littered with numerous National Trust properties, RHS gardens and a wealth of family attractions all within easy reach. Or why not simply relax on the balcony and while away your evenings watching the fishing and pleasure boats drift up and down the estuary.

This spacious property offers THREE bedrooms: 1 spacious master double with en-suite consisting of shower over bath and WC, located on the ground floor. 1 further double and 1 twin that enjoy estuary views, are located on the first floor. Bathroom: with shower and WC. Lounge/diner: with flatscreen TV, DVD and Freeview. Kitchen: newly fitted and enjoys integrated oven and hob, fridge/freezer and microwave, the washing machine is located in the garage. Outside: the property benefits from an enclosed balcony style patio area with garden seating and enjoys estuary views. Amenities: off-road parking within the garage available for 1 car, further roadside parking usually available. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking within the property. 2 medium size dogs welcome. Location: beach 2 miles, shops, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. Arrival 3pm.

Dogs are charged at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
