With lovely countryside and distant estuary views from the land, The Smithy is the ideal base for exploring the whole of North Devon with attractions to suit all tastes which include Dartington Crystal, RHS Rosemoor Gardens, The Big Sheep and more. The 2 mile long sandy beach at Westward Ho! is a 10 minute drive as is the market town of Bideford with shops, pubs, restaurants and the Oldenburg for day trips to Lundy Island. In the evenings stroll to the pub or enjoy a stroll down the lovely country lanes directly from the property.
The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 king-size and 1 bunk bedroom. Bathroom with shower over and WC. Well-equipped kitchen/diner with cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. Lounge/diner with TV, Freeview and DVD. The cottage now has wi-fi if required. Garden area with seating and BBQ. Parking for 1 car. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included.
