Most of the time our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are times during some Off Peak periods or last minute where Short Breaks may be arranged with certain properties. They can be either 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly. WALKING DISTANCE TO SANDY BEACH

This conveniently positioned detached bungalow has been refurbished to a good standard offering visitors real quality and comfort. Situated only 10 minute walk from the sandy beach at Instow, the Stables at Worlington is an ideal holiday location.

Lots to see and do nearby with Tapeley House and Gardens being only a 5 minute drive away. Other attractions include The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, both offer indoor and outdoor activities and events for all the family. The golden sands at Westward Ho! are popular with beach lovers and offer excellent opportunities for surfing and body boarding. Instow itself has a selection of small shops, an excellent mini-supermarket, superb riverfront hotel, as well as a selection of restaurants and pubs all of which offer good food. Wander along the promenade and enjoy a locally made Hockings ice cream, sit amongst the sand dunes and watch the sailing boats bobbing up and down, or have a go at a variety of water sports which can be organised on the beach. Across the estuary is the small fishing village of Appledore, which has a history of seafarers and ship building and is worth a trip across the water. If this sounds too energetic, sit and relax in the conservatory overlooking open countryside or enjoy a BBQ or drinks on the patio.

The bungalow offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double (with room for the travel cot) and 1 twin room. Bathroom: separate bath with shower over and small washbasin. Separate WC with washbasin. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with leather sofas, TV, DVD and hi-fi. French doors lead to a newly added conservatory with views over the patio area and lawns. Well-equipped kitchen area with electric oven/hob and hood, dishwasher and microwave. Utility room: with fridge/freezer and metered washing machine and tumble dryer. Further door leading to patio area. Outside: the garden is mainly lawned but not enclosed. Amenities: ample parking and a gently sloped access path making it ideal for those with walking difficulties. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included from April until September. £30 heating surcharge from October until April payable to owner on arrival. Regret no pets. Location: beach, shops, pubs and restaurants all 10-15 minute walk or less than a 5 minute drive.
